Service Manager
Aim seeks service managers in our various branches to plan, organize,
and control operations in assigned maintenance facilities. Duties
and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Scheduling
and coordinating work flow in shop and managing shop personnel.
Review and approve repair orders, DVCR's, and all appropriate paperwork
concerning the maintenance facility. Ensure that assigned facility
and shop vehicles are clean and maintained to Aim standards. Ensure
and emphasize that all employees follow proper safety & personnel
policies and procedures and are educated and follow safety and
accident
prevention. Coordinate with Aim's customers the repair and maintenance
