What is Aim Web Access?
Aim Web Access is a service that offers you instant access to
vital operational information. Because it is web based, you can
access critical unit information from anywhere with an Internet
connection. Being a real-time service, all information is available
to you as soon as it is entered into our computers. You will know
the status of all your equipment without even making a phone call!
Electronic DVCRs
eDVCRs provide an electronic method of writing up your vehicles
and builds historical records for every write up made. This process
allows for seamless communication from your drivers to our shop
supervisors and allows us to track the DCVR throughout the cycle.
Some of our customers have even modified their incab or handheld
devices to allow the driver to actually communicate the issue while
they're on the road. Click here to learn more

Road Rescue Access
Anyone in transportation can tell you the worst surprise is equipment
failure while on the road. Our maintenance programs and trained
technicians do all they can to avoid this situation but the reality
is mechanical things fail. When they fail all we can do is minimize
your downtime and get the unit rolling as soon as possible. In order
to facilitate this process our Central Road Rescue department has
a software package that tracks all communications, looks up vendors
in remote areas, and posts the information on the Customer Zone
portion of our web page. With a secure login you have the ability
to view not only active events but also the detailed notes of any
past incidents. Click here to learn more.

Equipment
Aim Web Access customers have instant access to their
equipment details and history. An user-friendly interface makes
accessing this information a simple task for non-technical users.

Aim Web Access customers can easily update Meter Readings
at anytime to insure Preventive Maintenance Programs are triggered.
This ensures you maximize the return on your fleet by limiting downtime
and extending equipment life through scheduled maintenance.
